A Little Bit About Me

I am forty something. A passionate foodie. A spreadsheet fanatic. A chatter box. A lover of new ideas and old style traditions. I thrive on a challenge.

I now have 30 years in food and retail under my expanding belt, from working weekends in local shops through my teenage years, to large corporations suchas John Lewis Partnership, Premier Foods and Safeway, and latterly with smaller award winning start ups like Moorish (Humous and Dips) and Man Meat Fire (BBQ Sauces and catering). All amazing. And all unique in their own way.

I further my passion by continuing to launch brands of my own, keeping my skills relevant and allowing me to say "I can relate to what you are going through" with my first hand experience. And I can say I am no One Hit Wonder!

So with my many years tucked away and having worked in most FMCG categories; Fresh, Frozen, Grocery, BWS, Bakery etc etc I bring to the table a wealth of ideas, experience, tenacity, resilience, patience and positivity.

Having earned my stripes in Retail Inc, I am flying solo offering my knowledge, experience and time to those who need me as your Girl Friday. One day at a time.
